Spend the afternoon with nOMad founder, Phoebe Miller and Breathwork facilitator, Erika Forsell.
Phoebe will share her movement class, mvt109 which will transition into Breathwork with Erika.
In mvt109 you will play between movement and stillness. Vibration and pause. Action and reverence. All to arrive to a place of release to reveal a healing in your internal world and observe how that affects your external world.
In Breathwork you will then quiet the mind and settle the body to tap into your true nature, release what no longer serves you and fill yourself with insight and clarity. You will access the love and joy that is always with you and carry it sweetly in your heart.
Please bring an eye cover and dress in comfortable layers you can move freely in.
